Seems like a cool and legit site.

I like the colors and lay out but the payout for content isn't competitive. A 20% pay out is a third of what others are compensating for content. There's still no cost to the producer and they let you (studio) upload it so it's active immediately.

On appearance, I would still recommend someone to do business with the site regardless of the pay out. I use the mentality that 20% of something is better then 200% of nothing. Best of luck with your future endeavors!
