High Def sites - looking for quotes for dev

I own a number of adult "high def" domains that I'm looking to get up and running. I'll likely want to start with one site that all the domains point to, then perhaps start to differentiate them more.

I don't frankly know much about the adult online business. I'm thinking perhaps a tube site, but I'm open to suggestions. I do have nearly 50 of my own high def video clips that could be used as well.

Please send what you would propose to create the site(s) - both in terms of the look and feel (with examples), and in terms of cost. I don't have a huge budget, so I'm looking for something basic to start.

I'm also open to a collaborative effort with an existing company that deals in HD.
