I'm pretty sure it's the same guy after some investigation.

Just writing more info here about him in case somebody else does a GFY search before buying (as I should have done).

Will try to hunt him down just for fun, but will be pretty hard as he is in Philippines.

He's doing it again. It turned out he falsed the invoice. The invoice was issued in Las Vegas. This man claimed all the time he came from USA but the money has been sent to Philipines. His ICQ nick is now Dagohi and issued the invoice as Tom Campbell. Lucky me found this thread and reported the fraud to the police.
