Now that the marketplace, the industry, content delivery and users expectations keep changing, he spends his time attacking the way business is done because the industry has left him in the dust. All his arguments are to rationalize why he cant succeed and to place the blame for his inevitable failure at the feet of others who "aren't playing fair". He is too arrogant to do anything else. He couldn't even find a job because he is thoroughly unemployable with his personality and arrogance.
