How to record Cam4 video?

I've seen some video captures from Cam4 on tube sites and have wondered how they did it. Anyone here know?

I did a search on Google and did see at least two shareware programs that claim to record Cam4 and other Flash streaming videos but I was wondering if there is a freeware way to do it and thought maybe someone on GFY knows.
