adult empire & barepass stealing my content

So after receiving an email from an affiliate of adult empire for a banner exchange I browsed their site which was a TGP with a few images from my site I ended up at:

Cant post link but it is basically a landing page for my site with lots of my images.

which led me to:

which is almost a replica of my site with a signup page and login page containing my copyrighted content with watermarks removed and of course not a single link back to my site.

I have send a DMCA to '[email protected]' & '[email protected]' regarding this and hopefully it will be removed.

Question now is how much other stuff have they stolen from my site and how to go about finding it all!

Reading past threads and complaints I cannot believe that AE and BP are still online!

Is there any other avenues I can use to report them? Another contact email, a forum they have? I have left a support ticket at AE.

There would be more than enough room for my url with advertising space to spare!

I cannot post URL's but they have taken down the fake site and apologised, so a result!

I will be browsing their other sites and checking up on them in the future.

and ae is known as avs, so anyone can make site there and they just process it, so you could ask also owner of the site on subdomain. but, still, it is in russia so not sure how much they care ... and, it is holidays in russia now if i am right, so you have to wait a bit maybe have luck!

I mean... when you see some of your copyright content (pics with url removed) on their fhg's for example... then you know they have your content... but when you then check the site there is only some shitty tour with no possibility to check what content is all inside. You can't request dmca if you don't know what of your content is inside...

Wow that sucks, if you make enough money with your site ya maybe would want to hire a lawyer to handle things like this and even sue if they are in the usa or a place where you can sue their butts.

Every time we have sent correspondence to Adult Empire they have either (a) removed content or (b) closed down the site responsible for publishing the stolen content.

As for the second part of your question, we don't discuss our specific techniques for detecting or mitigating infringement for obvious reasons.
