since webair has billed a card I asked them to never use again and billed me early causing 100s in fees I have to use a prepaid card to pay them now because they will be anything they can even if it is not in my name, now because I have to make a special trip my ........ sites are off. My problem was fixed although it took two tries.

When my ticket said "all my sites were down in this account" that doesn't mean fix the first one you run across and then claim you are done.

When asking why they were down I was told "We have checked all of your sites, they should be up now. We apologize and will give you an update on the cause of the issue after looking into the server logs." 17 hours ago.

..never heard back why.

I can go years without having to contact Webair. This year it has been insane and only once was something fixed right the first time.
