I'll keep updating this thread with our progress, we have significant work going on behind the scenes and expect to see more high profile sites lose credit card processing going forward.

We have pretty much eradicated Paypal processing for most of the infringing file lockers and the few that remain are either significantly compliant or will lose Paypal in due course.

Even after emailing a few people of how badly they were being effected by file lockers, they still find it easier to complain.

We stand ready to help anyone with their piracy problems, however we don't do DMCA removal, we do site removal.

In six months we have dealt out a lot of pain to infringing file lockers by depriving them of Paypal, Moneybookers, Payza. Etc. We have curtailed the activities of some rogue payment processors and now we are concentrating on the removal of credit card processing for these sites.

Many sites have disappeared as a direct result of our efforts, some are on life support and others will find credit card processing terminated over coming weeks and months.

I feel pretty confident that this thread will continue to see angry outbursts from pirates and pirate sympathizers as we cut off even more methods of monetization.

AK goes after the billing of the file lockers, with paypal being the biggest one. When a locker loses paypal it loses a lot of money and it often cripples their affiliate program, which is turn reduces uploads and in some cases causes the closure of the site. Knowing this, how do you suggest he cripples a tube site when they do not rely on billing for their survival? Until a way is found to pressure their advertisers there isn't much anyone can do. This is not difficult to understand for the majority of people. Seems just a handful of you can't move past the obvious.

That said, knock yourself out and find a way to pressure tube advertisers. You'll be a hero. Or you can keep crying about it to someone who is busy dealing with file lockers.

How does he go after tubes? There is no leverage there. They comply with DMCA law. They do not rely on billing. It's not illegal for advertisers to buy ads there. How do you "go after" them? I'm sure someone will find a way but right now that way has not been found yet.

Even a troll like you should be able to see the problem with tubes and why the focus was put on file lockers, who do rely on billing and who do violate the TOS of the billing companies they use. They are easy targets and leverage can be applied to them. Tubes on the other hand, what can you do?

But that is not THE reason. File lockers do have more illegally uploaded content than tubes do, there is no denying that. Entire sites are ripped with 1000s of videos and put on a locker, while tubes load a few videos from a site here and there. Yes, tubes get more views, but the most content is on lockers and there currently is no way to hit the tubes, so here we are. However, I'm confident when a way is found to hit tubes, if a way is found, they will be hammered relentlessly. But as it stands, there isn't anything AK or anyone else can do.

Yes, many of the larger ones, especially Manwin tubes, have spent insane amounts of money buying legal licenses to use the content on their tubes. They tried to license my content, so I know first hand what they are doing. Most of porn valley is whoring out their DVDs to tube owners now. 10s of 1000s of scenes.

No one cared about these sites back when they were 100% unauthorized content. Now the biggest ones are filled with countless legal videos and there isn't anything anyone can do about that. You can bet your ass plenty of unauthorized videos are still going up every single day, but legally there isn't much you can do about it. You send the DMCA, they remove it, and that is that.

Call me out on what, how fast I can find one of my videos on a tube? I think both of us have better things to do than that. But if you don't have anything better to do, you have my permission to load one of my videos and I will find it while searching for my other videos, which don't get loaded too much these days for reasons I'm not going to go into here. Though, I'm sure if you load it to some obscure tube site I'm not going to find it quickly. Load it to one of the high traffic sites and it will be found and removed.
