Missing Sale?

Here's the scenario, has anyone encountered this before?

- Sales $X comes into NiftyStats for a CCBill sponsor

- 1 hour later on another machine checked CCBill direct, but sale not showing

- Went back to NiftyStats machine, now there's a -$X for the exact same amount

- Expected to see refunds or charge back, but no sign that the sale was ever there

- CCBill investigate, but no sign in my stats or the in stats of the sponsor that the sale ever happened

Any thoughts on this? Has it happened to you before?

Actually, it's not back, the other sale that came in was a fresh one

Here's the answer

"Alright I see what happened. This transaction was considered a Failed Batch. When the customer attempted the purchase either our servers or the banks servers were busy so we could not verify it was valid right away. Later when we attempted to verify the charge was valid it was declined by the bank so we immediately cancelled and expired the subscription as we did not get any money."

I've had that happen before but then a new sale replacing it comes in right after.
