I will confirm the above, I used to have Baddog shooting for me for years. Got him in places where he never could of gotten without my help. He treated people with courtesy and respect and he was liked.

When he went on his own, I had voiced my dissaproval of the move to him. Up to this point we have been friends for years.

Now the dilema, do I stop being friends with him over this, or not ? Ignore him completely, like I do with others ?

I decided to have friendship take presedence over business and put aside my feelings on the matter.

At first I was told he was'nt competing for the same clientel, that his motives for doing this was different them mine, as it evolved up to now, things have changed.

However, we are still friends and I still dont approve. But we still sit down for drinks here and there and shoot the shit.
