Just a heads up on this company. They steal content. They are currently using exclusive video content on one of their site tours belonging to my client, wickedsexymelanie.com.
I asked them to take it down and they ignored me. I am doing the formal takedown procedure today. You might want to check for your own content being stolen since thieves steal from everyone. If you are promoting this company, you are enabling the thieft and profiting on someone elses copyrighted material.

If you want to check it out, see their Private 3some tour for Melanies video. Melanie told me last night they do not have her permission to use the videos.

This is definately not the right way to submit a DMCA. I see that you have already posted on GFY. You should be very careful about threats on GFY. That might come back to bite you. We actually have ALL rights to the video you mention. We purchased the video and rights from Blue Skies on July 24th. 2010 for $350. We have ID, model releases, and a producers agreement. You may want to check your records. I can provide you with a copy of the Producers agreement if you like.
I will give you this opportunity to now remove all copies of this video from your website. You have 48 hours to remove the video, or we will submit a DMCA to CCBill.
I will also give you this opportunity to remove your slanderous post on GFY before I have to contact my lawyer.

There is a chance you don't. You'd be surprised at some of these companies and what they try to pull off.

I always give the opportunity for people to remove the video first. Then I would rather not waste my time further. Submitting to CCBill gets it done fast. It is amazing how quickly people respond when there billing is about to be cut off.

You DMCA the billers when the owner ignores you. Reputable billing companies will make sure the content is down or they will suspend and sometimes terminate accounts over it.
