Killing off File Lockers

At this point you may edit or remove the 29 june post from home of stopfilelockers.com as whoever lands your site it first reads this (outdated) thing:

[] Despite many reports to Paypal, Visa and Mastercard about the use of their payment services to support file locker operations there has thus far been very little action to curb the problem. "

Also, while the daily update posts in blog and twitter fashion is cool, that's not as useful as much as a single page with a list of file lockers and their billers status. Just a table where each row is a file locker, and columns are status for paypal, mastercard or else.
This way it is quick and easy to see what file lockers are "done" and what not, also people can see if they know file lockers not in list, and report - for example now I would have no idea if I know of file lockers you do not know of.

A good thing content producers and programs could do would be a big fucking wave of DMCAs to all these filelockers, and post in AK sites if they don't get their content removed properly.

There's not alot of need now. We have our own methods of having these file lockers shut down. More DMCA's are good but don't send them to me, I don't need them now.

I may start other threads wanting DMCA's for some hosts that I am shutting off internet connectivity to but that's another issue.

Here's one I DMCA'ed today - doesn't even have a DMCA abuse link on it. Clearly not compliant with the DMCA. Unfortunately Russian, but using Paypal.

I see due diligence and checking for illegal porn too taxing. Of course you can screen file names but it's too easy to disguise .rar files and give them very long passwords.
So again, it's just a front and people will continue to upload 100's of gigabytes of illegal content on to file locker servers, they do so because if pedophiles see that much up for grabs and it's relatively safe to download as the logs are so massive and the files get deleted and there is no telling what was in them after that time (usually I think), they want to get it quickly before it's gone and therefore the only way to assure this is to buy a premium membership.
I undoubtedly believe all those kinds of uploaders of that stuff have a rev share with the file locker they're working with, 50/50 sale or whatever it may be.

Since these things pop up like daisies, when one file locker wises up and maybe even starts cooperating closely with LE, they just move on to the next file locker service. There's no stopping it unless you cut off the funding.

I can no longer discuss what or what I may not be working on until we either highlight the site on StopFileLockers.com or we post about it's termination.

Large file host PutLocker now has to resort to prepaid cash card payments.

Wow putlocker is huge is fuck. And they were also on the MPAA/RIAA top 5 worst offenders priority hit list published 2-3 months ago. And while those worthless overpaid Hollywood suckers couldn't do shit to stop this filehost from posting vast amounts of stolen works, aside from publishing their toothless watchlists, you did. Very impressive. Just shows them how it is done - maybe those fat suits will start doing some work now, to justify their absurd salaries. They're no longer needed to shut down filehosts, but they're still needed to shut down thepiratebay and the likes.

Toucan Sharing, a prolific but fairly clumsy file locker, have had their Paypal and Alertpay/Payza accounts terminated.

They may now have to close up shop according to their news page
