If your surfer comes back the following day to http://www.naughtyathome.com/ it directs to tour5 and epoch billing...so no credit for the sale.

She also ENDED unlimited rebills and limited them to 6 months without telling affiliates.

With all the posts and concerns in this thread from other affiliates in between your last post 04/25/12 and my post 06/09/12 you chose my post to zero in on.

However, when a month went by and I never heard from you on ICQ, email or your facebook changed, I figured I would search on GFY, and then I read on the here, you were redirecting join links, I didn't even know about that, but what really upset me was the fact, your site promises 50% of ALL sales for life and for 10 years, that's a long time, and I look and posted here in this thread, you have a CAP at 6 rebills. So yes, that cap and you never responding, I figured you gave up on your affiliates..

It would be nice if CCBill would chime in here and give an official response on policy.

The issue at hand isn't whether a program owner has to offer an affiliate program or not, the issue at hand is that a program owner is posting an offer to entice and then doing something completely different, which is fraud.

While I don't expect CCBill to police every single affiliate program page to validate whether what is posted matches with the actual program offerings within their system, I do expect them to act when someone brings it to their attention.

Thank you for calling our client support department to follow up regarding the notification about affiliate 1570404 being limited to six rebills (instead of the advertised lifetime rebills) We were able to confirm your affiliate system was setup for unlimited rebills and that you did not set up a billing limitation. I apologize again for any inconvenience. I will verify with my accounting department on Monday. But you are currently setup to payout on rebills for the lifetime of the membership and not the six you were contacted about by our support team.
