We have had quite a few connectivity issues this month and are still having a bit of trouble. As a matter of fact a ticket I just submitted failed.
How is everyone finding their connectivity since May 1 or so?Comment

I feel it was going well up until Sunday. Today something is certainly up.
I can't even get into the backend on a lot of our scripts. This has been worse than penguin for us.Comment

I've never had a ticket that actually mattered take 2 hours to get taken care of. I've had a couple of tickets to install assorted modules on managed dedicated servers but that's not really excessive.I like pie.Comment

The absolute quickest I have ever had a ticket of any type responded to was 1.25 hrs.
At natnet the longest I have ever waited at any time, on any day is about .25 hours.Comment

We've had a server with Amerinoc for many years. Even though we have our own rack locally, we keep a server there so that if our network is ever down, our support system will work when it's most needed.
We have been amazed by five minute response times from tech support in most cases. For the last few months it's been a little slower. The sales department hasn't been as fast. That's better than putting all of their resources into new sales, then neglecting you once you're a paying customer like some companies do.For historical display only. Just sharing my 2c experience with Amerinoc:
in years as their customers, first virtual then dedicated, their ticket response time has always been excellent (even for VERY low prio tickets, I think I have never waited more than half an hour).
I always found competent people on the other side, always willing to go the extra mile to help. This was true also at the time when our monthly package/fee was really very small.
Over time, it certainly happened a few times that they had glitches. But they were always prompt to admit it, and fast to fix them.
I wish there were more companies like this.--Comment
