PayPals ATM card ?

I got an email from them about their ATM card and when u log into your account they are also advertising it, I thought this died years ago ? or is this something new ?

It's pretty much the only card I use. It's connected to my bank account, so I just move everything through Paypal. I'd rather deal with them for support than my bank. How fucked up is that?

Same here. I use it all the time, too. Up until recently, they didn't even charge any ATM fees. Their ATM card is probably better than most banks.

I use paypal for a long time and i can say paypal simply rocks!No Atm fee for all transfers to my card!it work just perfect for me.

When I had one I loved it - used it constantly. It's nice to just use that rather than wait the 3 - 4 days for a bank transfer

It's only available for people in the US. It used to be for pretty much anyone since I had one years ago, but they changed that I guess.

Nope,I live in Canada and can take out 400 per day at the ATM,only drawback is either you have enough in your account or apply for their Mastercard for a back up

Years ago I had a prepaid paypal mastercard, but now it's not available. At least not for me.

"Sorry, you're not eligible for the PayPal Debit MasterCard®. This may be because you live outside the United States or you've already applied in the last 30 days."

Obviously, I did not apply within the last 30 days so that only leaves the other option. So as I mentioned it is only available to US people now.

No idea..but they are still renewing exsisting canadian card holders...that notice was issued in 2009, i had a renewed one come last year and its valid until 2013.

I think its just closed for new canadian applicants.

Odd,looking at it says Business debit.I guess I'll find out next time I use it.logged into my account and it doesn't say I can't use it

They never renewed my card. Oh and my account is very old.. Not close to new. 2003/2004 maybe.

When does your card expire? Mine expired at the end of last year and they didn't give me a new one and said its no longer available.

it expired last summer and they sent a new one that expires 2013 ( guess they must last 3 years)

I have just a standard paypal verified business account , nothing special so im not sure why other canadians didnt get thiers renewed.

Do you have a personal or business account? just thinking if that could be a reason? other than that i have no idea why they renewed it.
