Allow me to break it down for you. The only thing most affiliates feel *entitled* to is payment for the sales their hard work generated. When a program owner such as Melissa decides to dip into that portion of the proceeds that rightly belongs to her affiliates, causing her to later lack the funds to pay them, they feel *entitled* to call her on it. And rightly so.

And the 'favor' you speak of goes both ways. Affiliates and the programs who operate on the affiliate-based model are symbiotic. You as a program owner should know this, but apparently what you don't know about this business could fill an ocean.
