Designer / Ajax DHTML Javascript Skills Required

Looking for a designer for a couple of sites, very similar in design each.

I'd like the designer to be able to provide a decent menu system, similar to that of skype.com or ign.com. I'd also like the designer to either provide code for ajax parts of the site, for possibly the comments system, login and user interface. Happy to use ready-made scripts if suggested by the designer.

All implementation will be done by us, so we require only the CSS / graphics / scripts and what the site should look like / function in order to implement.
