that's basically how they do it, collect ip addresses via checking trackers and the seeders/uploaders.

I also have no problem with suing porn board downloaders like pornbb.org simply because its blatantly obvious there too.

Anyway, as I posted in another thread, our first illegal down loader/pirate from Steve's suit just settled. I would presume that since I went from filing a lawsuit for Steve to getting the first $ in less than 30 days means I know something about being a lawyer.

I have a question for the people who are so pro-piracy on this website. What are your occupations / connections to adult content production. I hope to hear some honest feedback, especially if someone who really creates content thinks going after down loaders is wrong. I already know why pirates don't like me, I might get their IP next.

Steve has already publicly admitted in another thread that the site rips that you are tracking to harvest IPs to send out demands for payment ended up on the torrents by his own hand, in so much as he sent them to review sites freely and one of them seeded them to the torrents.

It would have been less work, although less profitable to have tagged those site rips extremely easily before sending them out so that you could have found out and sued the person responsible for seeding it in the first place.

Logic has no place where money is to be made.

I never said I *seeded* anything. I've never actually used a torrent system. What I did say is that people grabbed all the zip files off our sites, which I provide to my members because the review sites mark down sites that don't.

there are private sites out there that have thousands of users that have anything you could ever want available for download... from software to $5000 im products to any video produced in the last decade...

because the doc lied, i sent him the email, he thought i was going to show him shit that he already knew, realized he had agreed to do all the work, and give me 50% so he pretended he never got it so he could back out of the deal.

if he really wanted to do the deal, he would have agreed to my condition that the deal would go forward as i originally agreed (he handles 100% of the day to day operations) if i posted the screen shot.

he refused to agree,after he tried to turn the deal into a standard affiliate relationship (i handle all the day to day operations of everything )
