I had an account from moneybookers that I loaded few $$$ till I check it it disappears. Thus MB safe to be?

I was using them for years until some hacker hacked into my account and stole 400euros.
I have contacted them couple of times sent photo ids and other shit and they never even got my account back... I don't use them since...
