Looking to buy a 90 meters one storey house in Mazzolada, curious what would be a yearly tax?

According to this guide its about EURO 400 a year, not bad at all.

It can be much lower if you calculated this by actual sale value. Value stored in municipality documents are usually much (sometimes) few times lower than actual market value. Of course that may not be the case in Italy, but just thinking out loud.

What kind of shape is the house in for 38K? It seems like a good area to be in, close to Venice, Milan and 3-4 hour drive to Tuscany. Right on the borders of Slovenia and Austria too, plenty of options for nice weekend trips.

Bitches are lazy. Contacted the agency but still no open house date. But visited a place personally. Talked to the locals. Looks better then I thought.

It's just 2 kms from a fairly big town that has a mall and all the old styled central part. If you want a flat it comes as low as 50k EUR.

That house looks nothing short of dilapidated on streetview, you are gonna have tons of issues with mold and water. That being said, seems cheap - you wouldn't' even be able to buy a house like that in Poland for 38k euro.
