                                                                                                                                      We have a pool here, we use most days, we sold our car because we now go out for walks down the beach most nights & our diet is full of olives, fish, meat, salads...

                                                                                                                                      We love salad daily, we´ve never eaten so healthy & so pleased to have moved here to Spain. I bet we live healthier than 90% of GFY!

                                                                                                                                                      what can I say, we welcome people into our home and when no one´s there, we cook and eat the same, we´re enjoying our life here in Spain, we wouldn´t exchange it for nothing. We´re both very happy & enjoy great company, great food and wine most days of the week with plenty of walking & swimming, sunbathing & work.

I'm not the one posting pictures of my unhealthy diet and bragging how I smoke and drink all week. Just because you live near the Mediterranean doesn't make you have a Mediterranean diet. Less than 1/10 of 1% of everyday smokers live past 85, so you definitely won't be seeing 90 and Gary will be lucky to see 70 if he doesn't get his weight under control.

                                                                                                                                                              First, Gary´s been 8% body fat when he was training, he doesn´t train, yes he´s bulked up but can still out run any one I know, he can slam you down quicker than you would say ok, let´s go.

                                                                                                                                                              Straight up, all your chit chat BS, don´t bother, he´s heard it all on the door and before he would win his first place trophy´s.

                                                                                                                                                              Eating olives, fish, vegetables every day, fresh meat & tapas out makes us eat a med diet.

                                                                                                                                                              You need to either reel it in and button it or come over, stay a few days for no cost, just jump on a flight to Murcia & we´ll pick you up, you can stay and spend a night at no cost... go for a swim, play in your ring and run down the beach...

                                                                                                                                                              then we´ll finish the night with beers, tequilas and party until we work the next day and you fly home.
