    Dear Paxum

    Hello,

    It's been around 10 weeks since the card replacement was initiated.
    Up until now, the card status is set as "printed" since September 11.

    Considering that shipping time will again take weeks or even months, is there in any chance i can still get the card this year?

    Or will i again pay for the yearly maintenance fee before the card arrives?

                          My FCP arrived in like 3 weeks.
                          Paxum replacement card is taking ages.
                          I bumped support and you know their usual response.

                              I am in europe as well and paxum card was always arriving as clockwork, in 2 weeks period.

                                              Same here, mine always arrived in time, anyway my last card renewal was 2016/8 so not sure what's the current situation.
