Well, I've contacted Sly on the forum and asked about his dedicated server offerings. I told him I'd review his services provided by VACares.com as a thank you for the deal I got through him and today I am doing so honestly.

From the moment I purchased, to the follow up and the timing, so far, everything is running flawless. Now it's only about a month in right now, which is way too early for a review, but I do have to recommend good customer service when I see it.
Here's the order on how things went down:
1. Inquiry about services.
2. His offerings.
3. My counter offer. (it's a negotiation when you want a good deal)
4. His acceptance of terms.
5. Promise to have the server deployed next day (it was a weekend).
6. Server setup the next day on time.
7. I uploaded my sites and changed nameservers.
8. Ran into a small issue with permissions, but I just emailed their support and it was handled within an hour or less.
9. Server has been rocking since day one. Sites work as expected.
10. Follow up review to be posted.
What I liked about Sly is that he's a board regular here and knows that people are here to get a premium, functional product. Dedicated servers fuel businesses and having a website that always works is a priority.

- Small company, however, he seems to run it like the big boys. He has contingency plans in place should something happen personally to him (god forbid). I had to ask those questions. We're talking about livelihoods here.
