I have received a cheque without signature last month and my bank refused to pay it. I have sent an email to [email protected] last week but no any response yet. Does anyone know how to contact FlexiDollars?

wow that is a new one! I've heard of companies not sending checks or really late but sending unsigned checks?

NEVER sign some one else's name on a check -- that is forgery a felony if they catch it at the Payor's bank.

Don't you have a bank account to deposit checks to?
Sign the back of the check that way (endorse a check) banks in Europe are not like in the USA. That is allowed by US bank policy (ABA). What they do there I don't know.
Where is the Payor? US or EU? SEPA is the way to go in the EU ... Direct deposit or set up with an MTA (money transfer agent) like Payoneer or Paxum and ATM the cash out if it small money.Comment
