For a Paysite Owner...What are the advantages of having NATS setup over Ccbill?

NATS isn't necessarily an alternative to CCBill. It can be used in several different configurations and I use both together.

If you mean a Merchant account with NATS vs CCBill then I think the advantages would be lower processing fees and possibly less bounced transactions!

It is also has great cascading features which can be used with just about any biller I think.

Do you find that most prefer using a NATS system?

Over the basic ccbill system?

we dont use either, we use different affliliate software (there are tons of alternatives). But what webmasters are looking for are honest programs who can make them money. If you tell someone you will be paying them 60% of a sale for the life of that sale, then you had better pay it out, just because you are paying out more to webmasters then you make is no excuse to stiff them. You do right by them and they will keep sending you traffic.

Reporting wise it is better.

Affiliate wise they can grab all of your tools from a format they are familiar with and that is fast.

Affiliate wise reporting is better.

CCBill is now offering live support for declined sales - interesting to see how that changes things. Live support is a hard one to beat and sure does make cascading seem like old-school.

that's what the cascading is for. from my understanding there are over 20 billers half work with ccbill and ccbill will still send the payments to your afiliates. just gotta delete the ones that don't this way you don't have to cut checks too, not sure why any program owner would want this headache.... We are setting up a Nats affiliate program now, but making sure everything will still be auto set up for Ccbill to do all of our payouts.

Agreed.. I promote several hundred programs.. the ccbill ones kind of get put on the side 90% of the time (unless it's an unusually awesome proggy) because the ease of getting to promo tools, etc is much faster and easier with NATS.
