I am looking to make money online by promoting affiate programs. I already have a sex toy store in the process. I have some ideas of what I want to do, but I am kind of lost when it comes to building websites, marketing websites, and all the lingo used in some of these postings.

I'm kind of looking for something that is turnkey. Something that I don't have to change everyday or update. I don't want to blow thousands of dollars on it either (right out of the gates) because I am a total greenpea to this industry. I just want to be able to get my site set up and start marketing it and hopefully start making some money.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Making money in porn isnt as easy as it may seem... before you go and spend money on any sites just start with a simple FREE wordpress script and start to build traffic with a hot blog site!

If you have no idea how to build websites or get traffic getting something "turnkey" will get you just as far as if you tried doing it yourself. You still have to get the traffic to your site(s). You don't just get a site and all of a sudden people come to it out of thin air.

The best thing that you can do is learn everything that you can.. How to make websites, how to get traffic etc.. etc.. You can't sit there and think that you will make any $ by doing nothing. It doesn't work that way. Learn everything that you can and then test, test, test... While do that that keep learning. Eventually you will know enough to at least get your foot in the door.

You can ask people to help, but don't expect anyone to give you the holy grail and you will be rich in 1 month. If you really want to do this you will have to treat it like a real business and not an "easy way to make $ online". Check out the resource sites, learn html, practice, learn about ways to generate traffic to your site, learn how to market whatever niche you decide to sell. (teen, milf, fetish, bondage etc..)

I can go on and on, but I have a lot of stuff to do right now, but I'm sure you get the idea.

I'm not looking to be lazy or anything. I will allocate time to do updates. I just don't want to have to write scripts and do all the web design crap that interests me 0%. For anyone that reads this. I am not picky. I just want to find a way to get my foot in the door. I understand money won't be made overnight. I currently own another full time company that I run and commit a lot of time to. My wife and I are looking for something fun to promote because she isn't the least bit interested in the Sales business that we have now. We just want to do something fun together and we both enjoy porn, so we might as well see if we can make some money at it. We're in the research stage at this time. We have a friend that is making a a few bucks on a sex toy store so we have one of those being built right now. I just wanted to have a porn site or affiliate site to tie into the store.

Set up some wordpress blogs, decide what niches you want to promote find out as much as you can on the niche, learn all aspects of traffic generation then work your ass of updating blogs, ect, for very little money. If you put time and money into it you will make money back eventualy. But its basicaly trial and error and dont expect to get rich fast. If you already run an online biz you already know the basics ..just build and learn from that

hi, welcome to GFY. I recommend starting out with a blog. Maybe a sex toy review blog? Try the stockroom sign up link in my signature, they sell adult toys but are primarily fetish gear store. Last sale I made with them was $120. If not, you could try other blogs. I recommend populating your blog with the rss feeds provided by the affiliate programs in my signature. Have a look and see if they've got the kind of sites you'd like to promote.
