I agree, it would be foolish to take it down.
I'm not exactly clear though on all the implications of the recent ruling. Does this mean the FBI 2257 inspection team is now out of work? I haven't read it in full yet but just scanned it and got an idea of what's up. I'd like to know how things are actually going to change.
