take a look at the juicemaster diet, some of those are quite tasty. The trouble is with things like that, at the end of the diet your body stores whatever fat you eat and you put more weight back on.

Yep. That's why you can never switch back to your old eating patterns.

It honestly amazes me that people think they can just lose weight, then eat the foods that made them fat in the first place, and not get fat again

Do u have a Trader Joe's near you? I always get this green drink called "trader joe's essential greens veggie" and it tastes so fucken good, I actually like the taste!

It's cold pressed and each drink has 2 servings and is packed with over 2 lbs of vegetables. It's sooooo gooood.

I thought you were supposed to put a couple of slices of apple into the blender, or juicer or whatever gizmo you're using to make the smoothie.

According to the juice man, the tanned old guy with the bushy eyebrows anyway... bunch of vegetables, a few sprigs of parsley and a couple of apple slices makes the thing worth drinking.
