whats the breakdown... i got video charge to do it for me i just gotta know which formats are optimal

wmv works out pretty good. quicktime too. but use windows media encoder for wmv not video charge

WMV is the way to go last few years.

I use CleanerXL

I do:
one WMV full screen (standard settings that cleaner provides)
one WMV lo (standard settings that cleaner provides)
one mp4 for use with ipods

I am also thinking about adding an embedded flash video, that way users can view the video inline on my site and with flash
