This is getting absolutely ridiculous, it's been down practically the entire day!! And what boggles my mind is that nobody from ePass is informing us of what exactly the problem is, at least not from what I've seen.

I've had this message from epass for about 10 1/2 hours now. It's very much a pain in the ass since my main source of payment for content is epass.
Where I am from routine maintenance does not take multiple hours. Or half a day, 1-2 hours during off peak hours is normal, but not an entire half day during work hours. This is not routine maintenance this is a major issue.
