Even though Bush has the lowest popularity ratings ever.... Has it ever occurred to anyone that the US Government WANTS our troops to stay in Iraq? There wasn't a plan to pull out because that was never part of the plan. Currently we have a huge force in Iraq - right next to our next target Iran.
