Upper back/shouulder blade pain when using computer..anyone else? - GoFuckYourself.com

Latley i been getting this really mean pain my my upper left shoulder blade.evertime i st at comouter for more than a min its starts up..the longer i stay the worse it gets..feels like theres some guys with a hot jackhammer bakc there going at it...anyone esle feel this pain and have suggestiosn on what to do about it?

do some arms and shoulder stretches... and do the rotation excersises with your arms, forward and backwards

Yea heres what you do........

You take one of these

You fill it with warm water.....

Then you just flush the sand.....right out of your vagina

Repeat as needed

My diagnosis from watching lots of ER on TV is that it probably a pinched nerve.

You definitely want to get it checked out by a doctor right away. If it is a nerve problem and you don't get it taken care of the nerve will die and it will become permanant.

Try to isolate where the problem is before going to the doctor.

Sit with your arms down and wait a few minuts to see it occurs. If so it could be a problem with a disk in your back. If no problem then place your arms like you were going to type but don't. If it occurs then it could be a pinched nerve in your upper back/shoulder. If it only happens when you start typing then it is probably a nerve problem in your wrist.
