A MUST HAVE for BlackBerry Users..........
Berry Blocker!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://www.handango.com/PlatformProd...oductId=190686 BerryBlocker allows you to configure custom profiles to manage your incoming phone calls. Easily switch between profiles at any time to instantly change your settings. Blocked telephone calls will be automatically forwarded to your voice mail. Each profile can contain different incoming call settings. Setup a profile for your "Workday" to block all unknown and private numbers. Setup a "Weekend" profile to block unwanted work telephone numbers from reaching you. Setup an "Emergencies Only" profile to automatically block everyone except those you specifically want to reach you. The possibilities are endless. Lower your stress levels and avoid harassing phone calls. What's new in version 0.06? Prefix (wildcard) filtering for adding numbers to your allow/deny lists. If you want to block an entire area code for example, simply enter the first few digits as it would appear on your caller ID. For example, adding "901" to your "Deny" list would block all numbers calling from the 901 area code. Adding "901555" to your deny list would block any incoming calls that begin with "901-555". Use as many prefix numbers as you like. UI changes for easier use Keypad support for easier use Number duplication checking between lists You can now choose your active profile from the drop down or by clicking a saved profile and selecting "Set to Active" Integration into the Call log application menu New extended Help section for each and every feature BES installation instructions now included Upgrades are free! Don't miss out on these new features! Don't have BerryBlocker yet? Just download the free 7 day trial version to give it a spin. Features Block specific telephone numbers from reaching you Block all unknown / private numbers (per profile) Allow specific numbers to always come through Prefix (wildcard) matching. Want to block an entire area code from calling you? No problem. Just add the first few numbers to your list. Name each custom profile anything you want Save an unlimited number of profiles with incoming call settings Integrates with the Address Book to allow easy management of numbers Integrates with the Call log application to allow you to easily add to your allow/deny lists. Quick on/off function for blocking service Fast and easy profile switching Works with incoming calls and call waiting Small "footprint" so you won't even realize the service is running Requirements Blackberry 4.1 Installation requires modification of application permissions. After installing, go into Options --> Security --> Application Permissions. Locate and click on berryblocker, then select Edit Permissions. Expand the Interactions group and change Keystroke Injection to Allow (default is Deny). Save the new settings, perform a hard reboot of the Blackberry and you're ready to go. Users connected to a BES may need special setup instructions (installation help file included in download). If you do not have permission to modify your BES settings or cannot get your BES administrator to modify the proper settings for you, BerryBlocker will not function properly. |
