Try using your apparatus for transmission of sounds between widely removed points with or without connecting wires to contact them, aka telephone.

i already called them but they told me i had to send an email with the info. so that is the thing.

I noticed for a long time, that the autoresponder isnt always there. They tend to reply anyway though.

Call em, they've got a toll free number... I never email anyone I need to get ahold of if I can call em instead..
