Dream submitter users...
Are you happy with the results from submissions to sites that you don't have partner accounts with? I know your results are far better if you have partner accounts and I do have those to some good TGP/MGPs. But are you happy with the results you see overall (I know they vary from day to day)...

It all depends on your database. You can tweak DS to do almost anything and to submit to almost everywhere.
