Coolest places to live in Florida?
Looking for a beach house, gulf side pref, i just assume the gulf side will be cheaper.
What are options as far as renting/buying etc. when it comes to beach homes.

Madiera Beach is great. Close to St. Pete. Not too far from Tampa. Great beaches still affordable they rent very well year round.
