Are you sure they are trying to lease the ibill offices? The layout of the buildings around there is such that this could be an offer to lease the building next to ibill.

They are most certainly leasing the rest of the iBill building.. all it will take is a couple walls to partition the rest... I hear they are all in one giant section right now.. call center, sales, accounting, execs.. they are all moved to one area of the building..

Not like they can afford to pay the lease, when they can't afford to pay the clients. ;-)

It's the iBill building. The office was 50,000 square feet so it looks like they are leasing the whole thing and moving the operation elsewhere.

Actually the total space is about 66,000 sq ft. They want to sub lease 50,000 sq ft of it. The ibill people have moved into one corner of it.

Makes sense to me. The amount of drop in business they have had why keep all the space. The hope of regaining webmasters trust is a far fetched business strategy but hey who knows what can happen.

The sooner they get it leased should be the sooner they can pay webmasters back.

I'm surprised it took this long for it to happen.
