Dear relation,
Your company has a contract with PaySquare BV to accept MasterCard and/or Visa payments trough the internet. The terms and conditions are located in the Common terms for Card acceptation and the E-commerce Addendum 5967 (adult entertainment content), which together are part of the complete contract. According to these terms and conditions your company has to apply to the rules made by MasterCard and Visa. Recently these organizations have changed the regulations regarding adult entertainment content. It is no longer allowed to offer adult content which involves animals (bestiality). For companies who offer content as described above, starting 15 December 2004, it's not allowed to accept MasterCard and/or Visa payments for bestiality content. It should be clear that if you offer content, services or goods that are in breach with the terms and conditions (which includes the regulations of MasterCard and/or Visa), or the Dutch law, the contract(s) with your company will be stopped immediately. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged. If you have any questions regarding to the above, you can contact your account manager or one of the employees of the Merchant Services E-Commerce department. Best regards, PaySquare M. van Westen |
