It is illegal to possess child pornography." Implication: It is NOT a legal defense to say "I didn't know the pic I posted was of a minor." Well whast I'm afraid of is that rightwingers like Mr. Asch***** will use CP busts like the ones described in the article above to target or harass "teen" sites.
