In order for company to be able to register domain names they must be accredited by ICANN heres the list http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html

none co. is accredited to pre-register new domains. I suggested you regland.com because it has the largest network that will try to preregister 1st the domains, there are others also. None gurantees that they will finally register the domains. It's a risk you take.

I pre-regged 5 minutes into them being offered at 3 differnt registrars so alittle bit of hedging my bets will hopefully net a couple decent ones when u have 3 fighting for the same names all for you. :-)
