beating popup blockers..?

Im trying to beat the AOL popup blocker..

Is it possible to make popups that get past popup blockers??

If someone has a popup blocker installed on their system it means that they don't want any popups.

And people wonder why there is a crackdown on the industry when there are fuckwits like this guy operating freely.
