Ok here's the lowdown.. We got Niteline, We got Gib, We got Live Sex Shows.. These are the three dialers on the market.. If you have a dialer, you have one of these.

Now I know you may be thinking "no i dont, I have Snow's or I have Molson's or I have Mr. Brians, dialer dough, dialerking, Miss Moo's, Gangsta Gals, the babes, etc", but the fact is they are all brokers for their respective dialer company.. I say again there are only 3 dialer companies on the market. Niteline, GIB and Live Shows, and probably 50 brokers distributing those products to you the webmaster.

Going more into this dynamic, I introduce the role of the broker, now that you know there are only 3 daier companies and 20 times the amount of brokers.. Gib, Niteline, and Live Shows all make several styles of dialers and gives it to thier "brokers" to market and distribute to webmasters.. It is up to the broker to pay us the webmaster. Webmasters never deal directly with the company only the brokers, simmply because the company doesnt have time to handle stuff.. The Broker is left with the responsibilty of answering questions, cooling people off, and getting people to use their dialer.

Contrary to what you may think, because we only see normally 35 cents a minute and charging the viewer 5.00 a minute, the broker doesnt make much money on this, they only make a penny or so, sometimes not even that! They make their Money on bulk.. That is the more people they distribute dialers to and the more minutes they get off their webmasters using their dialer the higher their rate of pay. They are simply distributers of a product, and are basically underpayed PR people. The bigger your broker usually the better rate of pay. It is best to go with a broker that has lots of webmasters under them.

Now for the type of dialers.

1) Niteline has 2 dialers.. They have a USA only dialer, and the have an interntional dialer. The USA dialer only accepts calls from USA, and pays you a flat pay rate of 35 to 40 cents a minute depending on your broker and depending on how many minutes you can give them.

The second dialer they offer is the internaitonal dialer.. They have two payment choices for you to choose form.. Either a flat rate of usually 35 to 40 cents a min for all countries (which are about 15 countries) Or you can have a pay scale choice where it is a different rate per country.. Both choices equal out to be about the same payout in the log run. in addition the niteline international dialer has an active X optional feature you can use which basically makes a popup window asking thesurfer right away to load your dialer.

Advantages/Disadvantages
First the USA dialer. Whats grat about it is the freindly warning page, and a very simple procedure for the viewer to connect.. Unlike all other dialers the nitline USA dialer doesnt require multiple tasks to connect, you just click connect, and you are connected. The disadvantage to this particular dialer is that it is USA only.. Understand that most calls are USA, but their is a large market out there not able to use your dialer.

The internaitional dialer has an advantage because it allows other countries to use your dialer, it opens the door to a lot more people.. The disadvantage to the international dialer is its warning page.. You have to click a bok agreeing you are the line subscriber, then scroll down to the bottom of a disclaimer page before it lets you connect. This in it self is a barrier to getting people to use your dialer.. So you have the larger market being international, but you are screaning out more people as well with the intrusive warning page.
Last, the niteline dialers tend to connect the viewer at a slow 24k connection, hardly fast enough to see a movie or live show.

Tomorrow I will write the review for the GIB dialer and the Live Shows dialer.. I havent typed this much since college, and I hated college.

I think service and being payed is one of the most important things to consider....

When you test a dialer make sure you test for atleast 5 days and that the weekend is included..

Boneprone the best thing to do is test...I have tested many and what i have come up with is the sonner your payed the more your shaved.....

They all balance out to be about the same.. Dont let someone come along and say we pay 5 times the amount the other guy does, cause it isnt true. If they are offering more, it equals out because not as many calls are getting through. The dialers that typically offer those rates that are two to three times more than the avarage dialer are usually dialers that dial into 900 numbers.. Most housholds cant dial into 900 numbers these days.. New homes with new phone accounts now days even need a writen override to unlock the lock to allow 900 number dialing.

Also many dialers offer internatioanl rates.. For some people they mind this as an edge, but all in all this too equals out in the long run to be about the same as the conventional flat rate.

Dont be persuaded by people offering rates way higher than the norm, cause in the long run it equals out.

Where can a webmaster sign up and become a reseller for those companys? I have seen resellers which try to get resellers for themselfs but no site from GIB or Nite.

@DialerKing: How much do you charge the surfer for minute (US)? If you´re the owner of the hole network, why don´t you
get a website which looks a bit more professionall than dialerking.com. I think people do not sign up because of that.

Dont load up that new dialer just yet! There's still a lot lot more you need to know before making your decision, and trust me dont let the broker make that decision for you.

Bone, I know it might cost some money to do, but is there anyway you could test the Content of the various Dialer companies?

Ive actually connected through on a few of the various dialers Ive used (I dont remember which ones they were) and the content SUCKED ASS. That bitch DiabeticRage could make a better eye pleasing site than what I saw.

With such shitty content, I can see why my hold times are never much more than 2 or 3 minutes. I would think if one of these dialer people would actually use some decent content, the hold times could be a lot longer.

Just one guys opinion. I dont know how the dialer business works. Any Dialer Co's care to elaborate?

Before you get all defensive, I havent tried the dialer king dialer yet. Those 4 calls on my dialer were all from me, dialing in myself to check the connection speed out and your content.. I was going to do a review on GIB next, then I was to do yours after I got some minutes on it.. So far dialer king, your dialer had the fastest connection speed, and the best content. (when I was allowed to connect, which wasnt as frequent as I liked) .. But in all due time I will review everyone, in an unbiased manner.. I think that's what the webmasters need, is someone like them or a another webmaster telling them the pros and cons of each dialer.. So far the only info on dialers weve had is from that of brokers.. Naturally they are all going to be pumping up their dialer and putting down the others. I just want to clear rumors, and let people know what is out there and the differences.. Im not here to rate the dialers, the webmasters can do that on their own. Im not here to rate brokers either.

Yes snow is the broker of the dialer I am using, but you can ask him, I have only used it for about 10 days with decent traffic. Dialerking if you give me a chance you can be boneprone approved also.

Just sit back and listen.. The webmasters are tired of you, and the other brokers telling them what to think.. Give me a chance and boneprone will tell them what to think. The past few months all weve heard about dialers are sales pitches, slander and propganda.. All from the brokers.
Now that boneprone is speaking wait till Im done, and wait your turn. Its not polite to interupt DA BONE.
I have used both the Niteline and GIB dialers extensivly, and have started to toy with the live shows dialer.. Because of the lack of testing of the Live Show dialer I said I would continue the rest of the review in a few days.. So CHILL!

My review on dialers isnt out to burry anyone, its to let them know the difference, and to see the big picture of how this works.. As a webmaster I was confused about all the dialers out there also, along with all the brokers giving misinformation. Im not out here to say what is the best dialer because it would vary form site to site, only to let people know whats out there and who is who.

One thing though. I still don't understand why everyone just doesn't go become a reseller for the Gib, Niteline, or Live Sex, instead of going through a broker? I've been trying to figure this out....perhaps you or someone can explain?

I want get a dialer for a few of my sites, just haven't followed up on this lately. What are the benefits on going through a broker as oppose to becoming your own reseller? Hopefully you or someone can explain.

Well if anyone wanted to make their own dialer it would not be that difficult? I had a dialer 10 years ago haha -- I used to be a BBS sysop -- all these dialers are just programs that dial into a BBS type system -- you just need some custom software -- seems pretty easy for a programmer to code something to dial into a BBS w/ a bunch of phone lines waiting for calls -- but err how do you charge $8.00/minute direct through the phone bill? That's where it gets interesting probably... Anyway if somebody wants to pay me a cool million I'll build the software and set up a NOC hehe... then you can dial your ass off...
