sorry to bring this up again but i read a thread discussing payment processsors based in europe hat don't need a visa fee and lesser scrubbing.

but are they any reliable?

anyone use them and can recommend some that won't be closing their doors in the near future and running away with the payments.

can't say how long they'll last, I'm hoping a while at least, but we just added Verotel to better capture European users - verotel.com

I use Verotel, but have also added www.cardsgate.com as a backup in case anything happens to Verotel.
