I have gotten a few free ones from them in the past.

They are reluctant at first and will ask you to try all of the YouTube tricks to try and fix it yourself.

The "fix" is really quite simple and I was able to resuscitate my broken one (albeit briefly) while the new one was in transit.

actually I've been though the fix about 10 times. thank you very much for the suggestion.... I'm just not open the experience of going to make a cup of coffee and have a shit experience and no coffee... see?

all my stuff is in storage from the move... about 15 miles always.. my shoot dumped today so I'm going over... I have several 'coffee brewers' and the pour over looks like a great idea
