Most reliable domain registrar when it comes to matters of UDRP and disputes?
I have a pretty good one word domain name that is under constant attack by corporations. I'm in the midsts of beating yet another WIPO/UDRP claim. What's a good US based registrar (for Jurisdiction purposes US only) that will actually not cave and bend over at any sign of UDRP troubles? The one I'm with now bent over without even letting me know. When clearly my domain predates the trademark of the complainant by a dozen years. I was thinking Google but since they have so many offices worldwide I'm afraid that if one of these numbnuts decides to take it outside of UDRP I'd be summoned to some court in Ireland or somewhere else Google is located. Anyone have any experiences?

				 | I don't know which registrar is best but I do have some strategy ideas from experience. Send me a pm if you want to chat. Good luck on your current UDRP case.

				 | Registrars, and their privacy advocates, are required by ICAAN bylaws to comply with UDRP and now URS subpoenas. Would you be someone's front man for the price of registration fees realistically? Most registrars will divulge a name and address if subpoenaed even outside their jurisdiction. If you can defend; remember to ask for your attorney fees and filing costs in your prayer for relief ... |

I'm looking for someone who isn't going to lock the domain name, fuck up my nameservers and mess with my MX records at the drop of any conflict. I have no WHOIS protection. I'm not hiding from anyone. As far as jurisdiction. Precedent has determined that jurisdiction is set wherever the registrar is located. If I'm going to be taken to court I want it to be here in the US. "Prayer for relief?" I'm not a fucking cybersquatter. You completely misunderstood my post. Maybe I wasn't clear?

				 | I got the feeling he owned a one word name like "orange" and that corporations are coming to try and man handle him into giving it to them. Like Florida orange companies, orange hand sanitizers, companies with orange as their main color scheme, like UPS has brown. Etc.
