Hi Everyone,

We are taking offers for our paysite and affiliate program which we need to sell, unfortunately because of an unexpected bad financial situation. (Someone is owing us lots of money but hasn't paid on time for 3 months.)

We bought the site about 4 months ago and invested more into it, in terms of money and time. We completely updated the member section, did a whole affiliate program, got some extra banners made, advertised it to webmasters ect.

At the moment the site isn't really active, as we were going to have it listed with a major sponsor. However in order to do that we needed to add some extra exclusive content, and unfortunately, because of this financial problem, we just can't join both end at the moment. So we need to sell it, get ride of debts and recover slowly.

It will suit someone with an existing program or someone who want to start one. All it need is a bit more invested in content and someone who can devote it's time to make it grow. If wanted you could list it under someone else program like we were going to, and we can help you get in contact with an interested sponsor.

We are taking any reasonable offer in account for the next few days. There's a lot more to be said about it, and I'll be happy to answer all your questions:

Yes we did buy it a few months ago. This site is definetely not cursed. We are the one cursed. This site should be doing really good for anyone who as the ressources to back them up. We had great plan for this site, but unfortunately a sponsor owing us lots of money started skipping up payments, and now pays really slowly, and that lefted us in a real bad financial situation. That's all there's to it. Anyone with more money or traffic/contacts should make this site roll really well.

Yeah exactly, we were going to do that. We actually had an agreement to list it with a major sponsor after adding some exclusive content. And we were going in that direction. But unfortunately, someone owing us started defaulting his payments and paying really slowly. Therefore we can't commit the money on the paysite anymore, and the bank is getting on our case because we needed to borrow some money which we taught would be only short term.

So anyone in the biz with a more solid financial backrground or an existing program (so he can share plug-in and all) would be able to make this site a winner for sure.

Thanks Brisk, yeah we really liked the tour also. Great job by Bruno Dickman. We are really sad to have to sell it, but better this than having more problems with the banks.
