I like DigitalOcean - The problem is its unmanaged so you really need to know the basics at least...

i use both linode and digital ocean, also leaseweb, they are pretty cheap too, and have hq bandwidth

You can't really rely on burst RAM. OpenVZ kills your processes instead of slowing them down if the 'burst memory' becomes unavailable even for a second.
