                                                          Most likely the American 'nabbed' was found out via an agency raid from the other week. I'd assume they had his name on file as the guy they send their content to before it gets sent abroad.

                                                          I spoke with a director who sometimes shoots uncensored (including movies that appear on that company's site) and he thinks uncensored Japanese AV is *NOT* going anywhere, BUT the output may lessen for a time.

                                                          Sites like Caribbean are totally legal in USA (where they're based) so you should be fine working with them and promoting them assuming you're also based out of USA or somewhere where censorship over genitalia isn't followed.

It's made Japanese AV studios think outside of the box and also focus less on close-up shots. I think more people would prefer seeing full-body shots and shots of the face of the actress over something they can find in a textbook.

Today and this coming Monday's are both from 2016.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  You are right though that we do sometimes show older movies--sometimes as old as the early 2000's such as our Wednesday update, but we don't ever deny it. We're very clear in our reviews and on Twitter when we're showing an older release.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  You're also right that every update isn't a hit. Sometimes the content isn't that great, but there's always something redeemable about every release and anytime we do release an update we think is less than OK, we're always sure to sandwich it in between more solid releases such as this week where an older movie was placed in between a strip rock-paper-scissors title and today's lesbian massage update.
