                  Tax evasion? Meaning he knowingly lied about his earnings? He filed a return with false information?

                  Is tax evasion not paying them? I'm guessing he filed X amount of money and when they investigated it was XX amount of money?

                  How does this work? Serious question.

                  I see celebs like Wesley Snipes and shit being brought up on it. Usually they reported a much less amount than what they actually made....

                                                                              I don't know if I'd be too eager to directly work for mobster types either. That is how I see the people who were likely his "handlers".

                                                                              The impression I had of Fabian was that he was just a nice guy just doing his job. I'd like to see him fully cooperate with the authorities and potentially help them see just how deep the rabbit hole goes.

                                                                              The government may move very slow but once they have a grip on you it's pretty much just a matter of time.
