Best free-host to use for TGP??

you won't find a free host accepting 200k files and specially in order to submit to tgps. Compress the images.

Hmmm, well, <a href="http://www.miraclecreations.com/" target="_blank">miraclecreations.com</a> has a 200k file size limit, and you can get those galleries listed on SOME of the bigger TGP's, but not the Hun. He has blacklisted them for redirecting their 404 traffic.

I'm still not exactly sure why redirecting 404 traffic is such a bad thing for a free host to do. I couldn't give a shit one way or the other about it, really. You know what WOULD be nice is if a freehost were to run a script that redirects the 404 traffic from EACH freehosted site back to each site's main page

Mr. Mpg's, I think. Allows movie files.

http://www.dubhost.com/ allows 400K files and movie files. Unlimited space.
http://www.erotism.com/ i believe lets you have up to 500K and allows movie files. Gives out 10MB of space.

The easiest thing to do is to go to the movie post type sites and see what everyone else is using. As for how good these guys are I have not idea But if your like most people doing tgp and movie posts your site life is only a few months anyway, so if they do go up and down, just make sure and have a backup.

why the fuck would you want to put up 200K images, if ya do find a freehost dumb enough to put them on your surfers cc will expire before the images load.......or he'll lose his hard on and go elsewhere.

I use porncitys freehost for my TGP, its reliable and fast, and never have any problems with it.

200K image files? Damn you need to tell me who your dealer is b/c I got to get me some of that shit!

I wouldn't put image files above 60K; personally mine never go above 40K for TGP use. If they want big, quality images send them over to the paysites.

I just stumbled onto this host, 3host.com. I was looking for a php freehost and those guys were between the results.
They are a adult freehost. I dont know how much space you get. They have 6 text links top and bottom. I signed up, but they haven't send me my password.

Askmomma - the reason I told Lightning that hes offer wasnt interesting to me was that you cant even name the word freehost in a topic before that guy is there and promotes his service. Nothing bad about Lightning, but as I said, his offer doesnt suite me, whats so hard to understand with that???

And to all of you that wonders why 200K...well a picture of max 50K is either very small in size (like 200x200) or compressed so the picture quality is poor, I personally think both sucks. And with a dial up connection it doesnt take that long to download pictures which are 100-200K. Why should only the paysites have the quality pictures? Its time to make the freesites equal to qualitysites...

Hey Fever, I am not going to start any pissing match with you here. I never asked to be in your post, you took it upon yourself to make a negative comment about my hosting, (which was uncalled for and not necessary) I do just have to give my 2 cents on behalf of most free hosts. "200k your nuts".. OK that was my 2 cents..

Yes I do comment on alot of free host threads on this board because of many reasons. Let's just say Lensman and I are tight friends and do a considerable amount of biz together. Most people that come here are very cool, and are looking for advice and help when they post a message, so yes when it pertains to Hosting I do like to offer any help I can. There are also a few other regular Free Host Owners here Like Stynk, Mr.mpg, Wizdom etc.. and I think they will agree with what I say.

Well I could go on for hours but I think we should just quit here. Good Luck finding a free host that fits your needs, and if and when you do, I sure hope it lasts awhile for you.

You must use some really shitty software. I suggest you try SuperJPG from www.midnightblue.com , it really works great. I can compress and re-size images, and NOT lose image quality. I use it for TGP and AVS work all the time.


I actually have to use a dial-up connection, since I currently live in the middle of nowhere. YES, it takes fucking foreve to work with large files (view, upload, download). Trust me, I wish shit loaded fast, I am always telling guys on the phone, "wait, the page isn't done loading, I am on a dial up!"

Well, what would be the point of having a paysite, then? Are you in this to make some money, or to satisfy a personal need for artistic expression? If you want money, you need to reconsider your gameplan. Giving away the milk for free means nobody buys the cow. If you want to create beautiful things, learn PhotoShop and make nice tours. People will pay you big money to create tours, and that is a wonderful form of graphic art.

What is the point of putting up quality pictures? Hell, why pay some site to look at something you can have for free? If I were you fever, and I am glad I am not.. I would make sure the image size was about the same size as a photo, not some large image. Just enough to wet the surfers intrest. If you want to, post on your gallery that the images there are like 1/4 the size that they can see at (insert sponsor) and the quality of the image HAS been reduced to save on bandwidth. Make the surfer understand that these are FREE images and not something they paid to see.
How long have you been working in the adult business anyway? Got to be a newbie. You can not be making your living off of sponsors and thumbnail galleries if your giving everything away for free. The idea behind a gallery is to make the surfer WANT to be a MEMBER of the sponsor and quit looking for free shit.
If a surfer goes to every gallery posted at a TGP and they all give great looking images which are nice and large. They are never going to pay for it.
